Rooms are on the smaller side, and storage solutions are inadequate, especially for those not towering at 2 meters tall. Street noise disrupts sleep, particularly for those in rooms facing outward, and there was a noticeable sewage smell in the lobby that many guests have complained about. Plus, room service quality was inconsistent, not always meeting expectations.
